I am a multi-talented young man… not so different from anyone else. Like many of you, I started with questions, uncertainty, and a desire to make my skills useful. 

Recently, I have received many messages from school leavers and university graduates asking how to grow, earn, and position themselves better in this competitive world and many asking me for employment. 

I am spearheading this agenda under Center for Holistic Stability Zambia (CFHSZ). This is an initiative focused on empowering students with research writing skills and research consultancy services, helping them approach assignments professionally, understand research methodology, and handle academic presentations with confidence.

Beyond academics, CFHSZ also supports business owners through graphic designing for advertisements, professional branding, and website designing. These are not just designs for decoration… they are strategic visuals that speak directly to the target audience, increase visibility, and build brand recognition.

I also aim to equip youths with practical digital skills as a pathway to income generation. This includes students and graduates in the health field, where we focus on clinical skills monetization...teaching how knowledge and experience can be transformed into ethical, value-driven services.

At the moment, I am not looking to employ people. Instead, I am looking for like-minded young people to partner with. People who are willing to learn, grow, and build something meaningful. I help you build your brand, refine your skills, and position yourself for opportunities that match your value.

One day, I had left my mop outside. In the kind of houses many of us live in—small one- or two-roomed houses close to each other in a compound with several people—it is easy to misplace things. I had hung my mop on a tree, but one day I just couldn’t find it. What I didn’t know was that my neighbor had borrowed it. After using it, she hung it next to her door instead of where I had placed it. So, when I searched, I didn’t see it. But when the time came that my room was dirty and needed cleaning, I desperately needed that mop. I searched until I found it, and only then could I continue my work. The lesson is this: at one point in your life, you may feel like that mop. People may look down on you, forget you, or even consider you unnecessary. But a time will come when someone will specifically look for you—because there will be a task that only you can fulfill.
